- DAY 4 - THURSDAY – BACK & ABS
- DAY 5 – FRIDAY – ARMS (BICEPS,TRICEPS )
- DAY 6 – SATURDAY – REPEAT CHEST WORKOUT FROM DAY 1
- DAY 7 – SUNDAY – 60 MINUTES OF STEADY STATE CARDIO
