  • MUST WARM UP BEFORE START WORKOUT
  • DAY 1 – MONDAY –CHEST
  • DAY 2 – TUESDAY – SHOULDERS
  • DAY 3 – WEDNESDAY – LEGS
  • DAY 4 - THURSDAY – BACK & ABS
  • DAY 5 – FRIDAY – ARMS (BICEPS,TRICEPS )
  • DAY 6 – SATURDAY – REPEAT CHEST WORKOUT FROM DAY 1
  • DAY 7 – SUNDAY – 60 MINUTES OF STEADY STATE CARDIO
  • RELAX;FINISH WITH STRETCH YOURSELF
